LEARN TO FISH PROGRAM
Don’t miss this event! Arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins to sign up. NOT a drop-in program. Event is free, however, Conservation Area day use fees apply.
Two sessions. 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
A two-hour program that teaches kids, teens, and adults how to fish. The first hour goes over how to rig a rod, how to cast, fish species ID. In the second hour, everyone heads down to the water to fish! We provide life jackets, fishing rods, bait, and a promotional fishing licence for that day. The program is included with your $4 per vehicle entrance to the conservation area.
