The Board of Directors of the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is in the process of reviewing and updating its Administrative By-Law. The Conservation Authorities Act, as amended by the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017, requires conservation authorities to replace current By-Laws by December 12, of this year. The new By-Laws are designed to ensure compliance with the requirements of Section 19.1. of the amended Act. These By-Laws will replace administrative regulations created under the repealed Section 30 of the Act. Click here to view the new By-law which includes:

- 1. June 2018 – First Reading – July Posting of draft on web page
- 2. July Board Committee meets to review changes
- 3. August 2018 – Second Reading – Posting of draft and revisions on web page
- 4. Board reviews changes and comments received
- 5. October 2018 – Third and Final Reading
