Make Memories at Longwoods Road Conservation Area
Low-Cost Family Activities Hosted by Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority for March Break
Mount Brydges – Get outside and make memories at Longwoods Road Conservation Area this March Break! Join in on a timed happening, enjoy one of our ongoing activities, hike a trail, or visit Ska-Nah-Doht Village and Museum, March 13 through 17, 2023.
Families can enjoy free Timed Happenings at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily (excluding Tuesday). No need to pre-register, simply gather at the Resource Centre / Ska-Nah-Doht Museum a few minutes early to meet your LTVCA staff guide—be sure to dress for the weather! Or, looking for something self-paced? Unique On-Going Activities are planned for each day! An extra fee of $3.50 may apply depending on the activity, while supplies last. During your visit, be one of the first to see Ska-Nah-Doht Village & Museum’s 50th Anniversary mini-exhibit, located at the Resource Centre / Ska-Nah-Doht Museum. The display includes news articles and memorabilia from Ska-Nah-Doht’s first 50 years.
Parking is $5 by coin or credit card, or with an LTVCA Parking Pass. Longwoods Road Conservation Area and Ska-Nah-Doht Village are open from 9:00 a.m. to dusk daily; Resource Centre / Ska-Nah-Doht Museum is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Longwoods Road Conservation Area and Ska-Nah-Doht Village & Museum are located at 8348 Longwoods Road, Mount Brydges, Ontario, just 6.5 km west of Delaware or 10 km east of Melbourne.
