The Rondeau Bay Marshes Conservation Area cover 21 hectares. Located within the hamlet of Shrewsbury, this wetland is a good spot to view and access Rondeau Bay. Watch for Common Night Herons, Great Egrets, Green Herons and much more!  It is a day use area, great for birdwatching, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking in Rondeau Bay.  Be aware that Rondeau Bay is home to several fish Species at Risk. Rondeau Bay Marshes is a designated as a Provincially Significant Wetland.
