C.M. Wilson Conservation Area

The C.M. Wilson Conservation Area is a 30 hectare property located 10 minutes outside of Chatham, Ontario.

There are 3 options for weddings at C.M Wilson Conservation Area:

Pavilion Rental

Available from May to October
Washroom access

Stenton Barn

Rustic wedding venue
60 person capacity of 60 people
Washroom access from May to October
Kitchen

Learning Centre Hall

80 person capacity and has
Accessible washrooms year-round

Longwoods Conservation Area

The Longwoods Conservation Area is a 63 hectare property located 30 minutes outside of London, Ontario.

There are 2 options for weddings at Longwoods Road Conservation Area:

Education Centre Hall

150 person capacity
Year-round bathroom facilities
Full catering kitchen

Pavilion Rental

Available May to October
Washroom access

Both Include:

Outdoor tents can be used (for an additional fee)
On-site parking for up to 80, including 2 accessible spots (25 parking spots included in wedding fee, extra spots available for an additional fee)
The ability to take nature-filled photographs

Looking for a space for your large group event?

Our facilities are perfect for family reunions, off-site work meetings, or any other large groups of up to 80 people.

We have two rental hall locations:

The C.M. Wilson Conservation Area Learning Centre is located 10 minutes outside of Chatham, Ontario and has both outdoor and indoor facilities.
The Longwoods Conservation Area Indigenous Education Centre is located 30 minutes outside of London, Ontario and has indoor facilities that include a full catering kitchen and washrooms.
