The information we request below will be considered in our possible investigation of the complaint.ย We do not respond to anonymous complaints; your personal information will be kept confidential, however, it would be subject to MFIPPA legislation requirements and, should charges occur, it may be included in court documentation.
Once you submit this form, it will be sent to a Provincial Offenses Officer.ย If further information is needed, someone from our office may be in contact with you.ย Otherwise, because of privacy legislation, you will not hear from us about the status of the complaint.
